Artist:  The illustrator of the Stock Art that has been purchased, Rori Montford (AKA Montford Tales).

Licensee: The purchaser of the Stock Art.

Stock Art: The purchased illustration, created by the Artist, for non-exclusive use in the Licensee’s products.

License

The Licensee may use this Stock Art in up to ten publications (print, digital, or web), along with advertising for that publication. The publication may be for commercial or editorial purposes, i.e. as part of a publication where the Stock Art forms part of a body of work and is not limited to images alone. For example a book, PDF, or other publication that also contains written content.

The licensee may,
• Crop
• Rotate
• Scale/resize (maintaining original proportions)
• Flip, or
• Convert to greyscale (colour artwork only)
the Stock Art as they see fit. No other alterations are permitted. The artists signature must either legibly appear in the final image or be credited immediately below it as:

The artists name must appear in the product’s credits as:

If the Stock Art has been used as cover artwork, credit as:

All further use cases, or additional editing of the Stock Art, must receive written approval from the artist. Additional license fees may be required, and a new license may be issued. For example, the Stock Art may not be used in another stock art collection, resold, leased, sub-licensed, or transferred to a third party. The Stock Art may not be used (in whole or in part) as a trademark, service mark, logo, or to endorse (or suggest endorsement of) any goods and/or services. The Stock Art may not be used in any physical, or digital, merchandise or promotional items that the Licensee offers for sale (e.g. t-shirts, cards, prints or posters, mugs, etc.). The stated restrictions are for illustrative purposes only, and not are not limited to those listed here.

The Artist retains the right to sell the use of the Stock Art. Except for the Licensee’s right to use the Stock Art as granted by this license, all other rights, titles, and interest in the Stock Art and related trademarks and trade names are owned by the Artist.

This agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this license. If terminated, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the Stock Art and documentation in their possession, including any product or publication in which the Stock Art has been used.

The Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
